1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between cvkk and each individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided through cvkk. By proceeding with registration or continuing to use the cvkk platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the Terms in their current form.

cvkk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual users. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the cvkk platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the cvkk platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They apply equally to desktop users, mobile browser users, and any application-based access where applicable.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the cvkk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You have not previously had an account with cvkk that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register applicable to your account or jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with cvkk.

cvkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by cvkk may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cvkk platform. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. cvkk does not accept registrations using false names, pseudonyms, or fictitious details. Any account opened with false registration information may be closed immediately and any funds contained within such an account may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must notify cvkk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• cvkk will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone.
• Sharing your account credentials with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other individuals are not permitted under any circumstance.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process, cvkk may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

cvkk accepts deposits via a range of locally recognised payment methods for players based in Bangladesh. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvkk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which cvkk accepts no responsibility.

Accepted payment methods currently include:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where available)

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — whether from a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such funds.

cvkk reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction and to delay the crediting of any deposit to a player's account pending the outcome of such verification. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, cvkk reserves the right to report the transaction to the relevant authorities and to permanently close the associated account.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their cvkk account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Processing time: One to four hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket); up to one business day for bank transfers.
• Verification requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal to third parties: Strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in the player's own name.

cvkk reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's typical transaction history, or where the account has recently been accessed from an unfamiliar device or location. Such verification checks are conducted to protect the security of player accounts and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cvkk offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all cvkk bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are aged 21 or above and who have completed the required verification steps.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) which must be met before any funds derived from that bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to the account. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be removed without replacement.
• cvkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once — will result in immediate disqualification from the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap may be removed from the player's account balance.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. cvkk reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player's behaviour suggests professional or systematically exploitative play patterns.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cvkk platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply to all games on the cvkk platform:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published where required by the game provider.
• Live dealer games are operated by professional third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and outcomes of live dealer games are governed by the respective provider's protocols.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnections, game crashes, or display errors — cvkk will endeavour to determine the correct outcome using server logs. In cases where a fair outcome cannot be established, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• cvkk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any form of cheating. Winnings obtained through such means will be forfeited and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• The maximum bet limits applicable to bonus play are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Exceeding the specified maximum bet while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Cricket betting markets on cvkk are settled based on the official results published by the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened, or rescheduled, cvkk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account in accordance with our sports betting rules.

8 Responsible Gaming

cvkk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all players with access to a suite of tools designed to help them maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at all times from within the account settings area and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling — options range from 24 hours to 30 days — during which your account access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the cvkk platform. Self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, or five years are available. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on request.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvkk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the cvkk platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the cvkk platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the cvkk platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with cvkk's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate means.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider without first contacting cvkk support to resolve the issue.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes not expressly authorised by cvkk.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

cvkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if cvkk determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the cvkk platform or to other players.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or problem gambling restriction.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting cvkk support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the cvkk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of cvkk or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cvkk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from cvkk. Any unauthorised use of cvkk's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvkk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the cvkk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own error, oversight, or misuse of the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures outside cvkk's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or payout structures carried out in accordance with these Terms.

cvkk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cvkk's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

cvkk is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, storage, and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account with cvkk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and (where you have given consent) marketing communications. cvkk will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the cvkk platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. cvkk maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of player data.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cvkk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. cvkk may also, at its discretion, notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the cvkk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account and arrange the return of any eligible balance.
